i) Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right, for any reason, even without justification, to withdraw from the purchase and, within 14 calendar days from receipt, request the return of the purchased product and its replacement or a refund of the amount paid. The condition is that the product and its packaging remain undamaged. Return costs are not covered by asano.gr and are borne by the consumer.
The consumer has already been informed of this right as they declared during the purchase process that they had read and agreed to these Terms of Use.
As soon as asano.gr receives a request within the above timeframe via email at info@asano.gr (the request must be completed in the WITHDRAWAL FORM, duly signed, and attached to the email), the request will be processed, and the consumer will be notified accordingly.
In the case of a refund, the consumer must provide their bank account details, and the credit process usually takes 7 working days.
ii) Proof of Payment
For any product for which a replacement or refund is requested, the consumer must include the purchase receipt with the return.
iii) Product Condition & Return Packaging
The consumer is responsible for the condition and packaging of the returned product:
– The product must be in its original condition, intact, and neither worn nor used.
– It must also be in its original packaging (case, etc.), along with any protective materials and tags, if applicable. The packaging must ensure the safe transport of the product (e.g., special envelope for fragile items with bubble wrap and “FRAGILE” labeling).
iv) Return Address
The return of products must be made to the address of our store, as stated on the purchase receipt.
v) Conditions for Returning Products
If any of the above conditions are not met, asano.gr reserves the right either:
(a) to consider that the right of return was not exercised in a timely manner and, therefore, reject the return, or
(b) (especially in the case of products not returned intact or with damaged packaging) to accept the return while simultaneously claiming compensation from the consumer for the value of the defects of the returned product.
Return of Defective Products
The customer is obliged to immediately inspect the received products. If a product is found to be defective, the customer must notify us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the order) in one of the following ways:
a) By email at info@asano.gr, or
b) By phone at (+30) 697 757 4501
The replacement of defective products is free of charge.
